Senior was right to warn me be wary of her... She was a VT like us before becoming converting into permanent staff and during her attachment period, I heard that she's an efficient VT. Ever since the first day when she joined us, I start to observe her and was curious how efficient she is, however, as day goes by I start to dislike her due to her characters and actions.
She's a prententious person, someone who like to brag and lick the manger's/senior's boots. This wasnt the first time that I hav caught her in the act, I didnt tell anyone abt this becoz I dun wish to influence the rest's impression of her since they could get along well wif her. To my surprise, they start to dislike her after a few interaction and they think the same way as I thought. I was having lunch as usual wif the platoon when Elyz started on this topic:
(We were having dinner wif the partner and the managers at one of the restaurant in Marina Sq, she was sitting wif one of the female managers. She was holding on the manager's hand to discuss abt the order and basically all the decision lies wif her and the manager while the rest hav no say at all and during the meal)
A(my collegue) : Do you wanna share this bowl of noodle wif me coz I dun think I can finish it She: No, you eat all by yourself, I'm too full Manager: (toking to she) I wanna order some more coz it's really vy nice She: Ya, me too. The food vy nice hor

There's was once when she tried to show how good she is regardless of work or studies
She: Vivian, I got an A for APT. My mentor gave me 78 over 80, very high hor? U lei? Me: Really? That's good, my mentor gave me full marks and I got an A too She: Speechless
Wy was asking her sth and dunnoe y she start to raise her voice
She: If wasnt me, do you think you can finish the vouching?
And you noe wat, the 1000 vouching dat she done was wrongly documented. The TIC called and scolded her, she called wy for help and now she think that she's been a great help for this job. YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY HELP BUT CREATING MORE TROUBLE!!!!
Now den I know y senior asked me to be wary of her becoz she click well wif the managers and she wasnt a simple gal. An ambitious person who will use underhand methods. Thou I'm ambitious but at least I shown it out and doesnt use tactics, unlike her.
Mum:
It's been a week plus since granny has left us, Mum start to feel lonely. Everyone is working now leaving her alone at hm, she wanted to find job but I dun wish so. Now I will tried my best to keep her accompany since I wont be able to do so during the peak period.
Remember my mum's friend who suffered from cancer? She passed away the day after granny, I was shocked to receive the news. When she's alive, she always called my mum telling her how uncomfortable she was, her kids doesnt notice abt her condition as they seen her doing house work thinking that she's perfectly alrite. There was once when she called up my mum telling her that she hope someone can cooked a bowl of porridge for her but there's no one at hm, she doesnt wan to trouble the kids since they are busy wif studies and one is in the dating period.
Dear friends, let me urge you to keep more time for your parents. I know it's not easy, we hav so many activities and commitments but have you ever think of how selfless our parents are? Their noble love for us? I believe a simple breakfast or dinner wif them could make dem feel great.
